Origin

“You get nothing! You lose! Good day,sir!” is a meme comes from the 1971 film, “Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory”. The scene where Charlie was berated by Willy Wonka for stealing Fizzy Lifting Drinks and getting his cieling dirty in the previous scene. It made it’s YouTube debut 37 years later, in 2008. The YouTube videos usually only consist of the scene where Wonka yells at Charlie, using the same words that title the meme:
