Tons of TikTokers have surfaced the feature which is already trending in memes and usage. Currently, the possibilities seem endless, and it's blowing the old text-to-speech function right out of the water.

It's very easy to do this new feature. All it takes is a couple of button pushes and then your voice sounds way different. Here are the steps:

1. Update your TikTok app. This won't work unless you update.
2. Record a video. You can only change your voice after you record a video that you're talking in.
3. Click the bottom-right check mark to start editing your video. After you record your video in TikTok, you'll have to press the red-circled checkmark in the bottom-right corner to enter the editing studio where you can add filters, music and text.
4. Click the three-dotted icon at the bottom right. You should see one icon with three dots that will open an extended menu.
5. Click where it says "audio editing." In the extended options, one should say "audio editing" with a sparkling microphone icon.
6. Choose your voice. And you've made it! TikTok will give you a bunch of options to change your voice to, such as "Jessie" and "deep."
