Who Is Ludwig And Why Did His Balls Leak?

Confusion abounded for YouTube Gaming streamer Ludwig, when an episode of the Cold Ones podcast hit the Patreon, as it turns out the Patreon cut had an uncut something that remained uncut despite the fact that it clearly should have been cut. If that seemed confusing to you, then let's run it back and start from the beginning.
Who Is Ludwig?
Ludwig is a former Twitch streamer who switched over to YouTube gaming last year, and part of the condition for his contract to switch over to streaming on YouTube was that he would have more time off to be able to do other things, such as appearing in podcasts and fun events.
One of the fun events he recently took part of is a podcast called Cold Ones, which regularly involves the hosts and guests consuming dangerously large amounts of alcohol within a two-hour timespan. The episode that Ludwig went on had two versions of it made, a standard 60-minute episode for YouTube (shown below), and a longer, more uncut version that was posted to people who subscribe and pay money to the podcast every month.
Why Did His Goolies Leak?
According to Ludwig, while filming of stuff that he knew was only for the paid audience, he decided in his alcohol-controlled mind that it would be a funny gag to put his hand in his pants and pull out his goolies for the camera, which he proudly displayed. Later, when asked by Chad, one of the hosts of the podcast, if he was aware that he was exposing himself in the podcast and if he would like them censored, Ludwig appeared to respond affirmatively that he wanted them edited out.
This, however, was as clear cut as Ludwig is, for when the episode went up, there was no attempt at editing the unsavory bits, leading to a subscribed member of the Cold Ones patreon taking a .gif of the act and spreading it around Twitter, which naturally cascaded into a full-blown reaction-fest.
Why Do People Care?
Ludwig, despite what impression this act might give you, has generally kept himself incredibly brand-safe, as he wants to host professional video game tournaments and collaborate with brand names to increase the influence of competitive and serious gaming in other facets of life, which puts this act squarely out of his brand image character. Ludwig has also recently been in the spotlight for his dance The Luddy that has been picked up by TikTok as a trending dance move, giving Ludwig two different reasons to be trending at the same time.
