I pick on you for plenty of other reasons than that. I tease other users as well. Heck, I tease RandomMan on occasion. Also, I think you interpret anything as negative as "picking" which isn't always the case.

In turn, Daniel, Citation, and RandomMan tease me. It's all in good fun, but I guess that isn't your brand of fun.

Also, remind me to ask who writes the best for each character when we run out of topics.

I could pose that question now, but that requires a lot of research on my and your parts. Who wrote what episode, who from the mane cast was in that episode, and how you like the character in that episode.

For example, I think some episodes portray Pinkie as being completely insane, while other paint her as being a little off. I prefer Pinkie frrom Feeling Pinkie Keen and Over a Barrel, so I'd say that Dave Polsky writes the best Pinkie.

Or some writers may portray Rainbow Dash as being more disagreeable than you may actually think she should be.

Or Rarity as being more stuck-up.

Or Twilight as being more naive.
 
But like I said, maybe that's a discussion best suited for the break between Season 2 and 3. It could take a while if everyone who wanted to participate did participate.

In Verbose's defense, I couldn't hear Pinkie saying "Rarity, Catch me!" either.

But yeah, if you mean what do I do if I were being seduced by goddess ponies, then I'd turn them down. For just a few reasons, but very good ones. (Conflict with faith and I don't do ponies.)
 
 
Might I suggest we not going to great detail about this though? We decided to not going into R34 or clopping for discussion purposes a while back. It tends to alienate people, and we know where everyone stands on it.

The different portrayals of the characters, while apparent, never actually bothered me too much. Granted at times Dash can be a bit more… errrr…. "disagreeable" than usual, Rarity a bit more stuck up, and so forth, but I pretty much like any way they're portrayed, as long as it maintains their character. Is it just me, or is Pinkie's voice slipping back towards the way it was in s1? Granted there's a more varied range to her voice (which now includes possesed), but her default seems to be closer to s1 than it was at the beggining of the s2. Or maybe it's just me getting used to the new voice?

Well, both of them have music. The random pony pics one was just a way to image spam so that multiple images could be displayed. As for the slutty one, I posted a link rather than embed it to possibly avoid certain, consequences. It's basicly good music added to a pic of Tia and Luna looking all whorish.
As for Conor, I kid. I'm still getting used to the making jokes thing. A sarcastic tone doesn't carry well over typed words. STILL waiting for the gasoline fumes to wear off. It's like drinking: people say fucked up things under the influence of it. Only, I realize I'm doing it.

I think you said just about anything I would say.

I felt like there were some differences in the voice of Pinkie Pie, but since she's so excitable, I can't imagine it's hard to keep it particularly stable over the course of any season.

It could be that you and I are getting used to it. It could be that the hypothetical phantom VA is getting better at imitating Andrea Libman's voice. It could be that Andrea Libman is just finding her original Pinkie groove again.

I think the only way to know is to watch a few Pinkie filled episodes from season 1 consecutively, and compare them to the most recently aired episodes of season 2.

Or watch these one after another.

I think they sound more similar.

Would it be bad for my fic to make up a type of brainwave (which I would call omega waves and would be detected by Twilight's brain scanner) that describes magical activity in the brains of ponies? I need to find some mechanic for how Pinkie knows and I need something for the scanner to detect.

Making up things is always okay. Take quantum brainwaves. That explanation worked in Gundam00, it's bound to work for you. As for how I see magic (see Ric's post below), I consider it a manifestation of energy. They may call it magic because they don't understand where it comes from. It may have a scientific explanation that they don't have yet. From what I've seen from Equestria's tech level, aside from Twi's scanner, they don't exactly have a very advanced civilization. It's mainly magic, not tech, that runs the place.

I would like to see you to make a fanfic that can help explain magic, because it must be some type of force that is unheard of in our world but kind of a fifth force in their's, that's honestly how I see magic.

Thats actually a pretty good Idea! Even better, make it so that the omega brain waves affect the ponies so that they have massive Sexy time!


But seriously, that seems like a good idea.

I've said it once before. This is nothing, so don't sweat it. (Also, don't frequently post about how it makes you feel. People don't like that.)

If you ever see a true flamewar here, you'd probably have a couple of people leave the thread for a while and/or not come back at all. A mod (aside from Random and DPF) would have to step in a tell people to chill or that they'd lock the thread. People will directly insult others and it won't be just Citation.

It would be far worse than this.
 
But I'm glad you brought it up, in a way. You now know why we don't talk much about R34. It's a touchy (ha!) subject. If you want to know my opinion on it, feel free to ask me, but it's something we avoid here on the thread.
 
 
And whatever you post is going to be considered for all that it has. If you meant to post that first link strictly for the music, then it's not Pony-related or topic-related and probably shouldn't be posted. More simply, if a link has something potentially controversial, someone will take offense to it here.
