As for the letter, its about stop drawing fanart: I am not permitted by hasbro to draw fanart of any kind or face a lawsuit

and Derpy situation is still not resolved, people are still very pissed at Derpy. I wrote to hasbro about the Derpy situation and this was the reply on paper.

I like the TF2 and pony crossover one. There is the one Conor gave me back when I was getting flamed for fire. It's not done, but it's a damn good one so far. The Stargate one sounds like ir could be pretty awesome. (I love SG-1.)

I smell a troll. Maybe Hasbro does not pay attention to fanary unless someone reports them. I think it's because you don't do R34 that you got reported. Trolls used the fact that people love R34 to justify the reporting. Simply put, what you do isn't as popular as R34, so it shouldn't continue. That's troll logic for you. Just plain fucked up.

I just don't understand how out of all the people they could possibly sue about fan art, they choose you. Personally, I wouldn't want to see any artist sued over fan art, but i boggles my mind how they choose you. Did you not credit them in your fan art or what? I just don't get it.

I think it's okay; people just can claim that it is made in parody, thus it is fair use.

And as far as taking stuff down goes, I don't think Hasbro would want people using their product (because really, that's what MLP is) in a sexual manner. But, we go back to what I just said in that it's fair use.

So I don't think that any claims of intellectual property violations would hold up in court or anything, I think it'll just pass.

Good point, dac. I knew she had voiced a ton of characters before, but I did not know about the Drawn Together voicing. (I hated that show by the way. Phobia of vomiting kinda killed that. A lot.)

But here's the difference: The usual problem is that people don't like to mix something like My Little Pony with more adult themes.

• The image with Timmy Turner was meant to be funny in and of itself. It wasn't meant to be erotic art (even if people take it there…)
• The one with Tifa Riku? (I think that was Tifa or someone from Final Fantasy…I've only played up to FFIV) was from a series targeted toward an older audience.
• The princess from Drawn Together is from Drawn Together. It was meant to parody Disney princesses in a reality show.

This image's original intent was to be sexy (perhaps it was meant to be seductive and therefore funny, but saucy nonetheless.) And the show would never offer anything like fan service.

It doesn't bother me. I find it almost reassuring that she's willing to take something a little risquè from the fandom for a joke. She didn't turn her back to it. She embraced it.
 
But what she does as a full grown adult is almost irrelevant. She's got direct ties to the show: one that people once thought (or maybe still think) most of the older men are watching to get off. It's not as simple, as "I'm an adult," but that is certainly part of it.
