She most definitely did not win. She's only saying that because, well, she's a feckless hack with every Cluster B personality disorder in the book. She'll say anything to make herself look good.

It's more or less a draw (at this point) because the court said that it was basically not worth the trouble. If he were to take this to Superior Court, then he'd likely have a better chance at getting something done as they are a little more apt to taking Constitutional matters seriously.

This is kind of a shaky thing. On the one hand, this guy has been through the reams. He made the egregious mistake of marrying/sleeping with a woman who took pleasure in making him miserable, and then proceeded to make his life a living Hell long after he was rid of her. He had to sit and watch that ugly witch be exalted all over the news and internet with people just giving her money for doing less than nothing. That is going to weigh on his heart and mind for the rest of his life. I would not want to ask him to have to deal with all the lawyers, and the waiting, and having to see that harpy get defended from the mountain of evidence against her.

However, if he were to go through with it, it would set a precedent for, well, everyone. It would show the world that these amoral professional victims, race/sex-baiters, SJWs/feminists ARE NOT above the law, they DO NOT get a free pass, they CAN NOT hide behind their mask of "oppression," and we WILL NOT be subject to their pejorative ideals.
It must be taken all the way If we leave these people alone, they'll scurry back down into their hugboxes where they'll create some new false crisis to plague the world with again. We've seen it happen over and over. They get a slap on the wrist and get off Scott free, while everyone else has to deal with the cost and their corruption on society.

This particular case aside, there has got to be something else that can be done. This woman has made a living on being a blight on society. One way or another, she has to go. I hate to say it because they've said and done so so many times, but an example must be made of her.

It has been proven that she has committed charity fraud to the tune of several hundred grand, correct? And more than once? False links, false phone numbers, false connections to other charities, out right stealing. Not to mention… the rest of her existence. Twitter and email bots, manufacturing evidence, the crap she's pulled at every convention, the list is as long as her life. Would it be possible for a case to be build against her in those areas? I know we'd first have to convince the charities and whoever else has dealt with her to pursue the case, but given her extensive track record, that just might be possible. Heck, the whole of this site could sue for emotional damages just for having to look at her. It's easier to look at the Elephant Man…

Anyway, I don't know what, but something has to be done. The precedent must be set, and Quinn has to burn. The only question is… how?

The vast majority of people are naive and ignorant. They will believe whatever the media tells you, and when the media tells you a form of segregation is OK, people will believe. That is what happens. Since SJWs claim homosexuals deserve special rights and christianity is a felony, the ignorant sheep will believe because they were told so and in the 60s because they thought such irrational mindset would help because they don't understand two wrongs never make one right.
