Honestly while it is spammy, I feel like pretending Russia is up to absolutely nothing suspicious, or that Russia has done 0 things to ever at all mess with international politics, or that Russia has 0 influence on the online space even though they have dedicated state-sponsored groups precisely to propagate misinformation in other countries

…Just as a way of saying how annoyed you are at someone, is childish.

I didn't mean to come off that way. I know Russia has done a lot of bad things. I just thought it was weird that 90% of Brent's posts were about Russia.

I have no illusions about Russia being some sort of saint country. It's not about Russia, it's just that there are only so many times one can hear "X bad" until going OH MY GOD CAN WE TALK ABOUT SOMETHING ELSE ALREADY?! It's like complaining about a bitch ex all the time.

Meme president trying to censor memes. For those who'd want to defend this bill, imagine if it was Hillary Clinton was in power and this executive order was being proposed. Because sooner or later a Hillary type will get in, and those executive orders will still be in place when they do.

Maybe it has less to do with Trump, and more to do with timing. The PM of Israel twitter feed kind of explains it – that a few days ago they received an itinerary that more or less just showed that the whole purpose of the trip was to promote themselves and the BDS.

In fact, the itinerary shows their destination wasn't Israel, but Palestine (effectively calling Israel that). The trip is also sponsored by Miftah, an organization that's leader, Hanan Ashrawi's had published, in Arabic, an article saying that Jews had Passover blood rituals and used the blood of Christians for matzoh on Passover. An NGO that published literal Neo-Nazi articles. Who calls Dalal Mughrabi, a terrorist that killed 38 Israeli civilians including 13 children.

Like. I want to give the benefit of the doubt that they are there to promote some sort of peace between Jews and Palestinians. But why is it that these two constantly align themselves with organizations that have clear ties to terrorism, outright anti-Semitism, and absolute hatred for Israel.

Seems to me, the Israeli government was absolutely right to ban these two.

No doubt Trump has some influence…but I think there is far more to the story than "Trump told Netanyahu what to do".

Honestly the entire hornets nest that's been kicked off from this is because people do not view Palestine as a territory of isreal, but as it's own country due to the incredibly stark cultural differences. So when they hear stuff like Isreal having total control over who can and cannot enter, it ignites controversy because people don't view it for what it is, a state that happens to be Muslim. It doesn't help that it seems Palestine just does not have representation in the Isreali government or say in the Democratic process, and instead has its own ruling government. Most people when they think of states, they think the US or Wales, where the local government is mostly subservient to federal government rulings. Palestine having essentially its own federal government, existing simultaneously with Isreals, muddles the situation of it being a state. It also doesn't help that like the US, the Isralis have corruption in their law enforcement who enjoy abusing authority over others. But unlike the Us, doesn't have the diversity of membership to deflect accusations of racial profiling and ethnic killing when they're caught killing people unnecessarily.

The West Bank and especially Gaza are effectively their own countries though. Both have internal governments, Hamas in Gaza, and Palestinian Authority in WB. West Bank has even have their own President, Mahmoud Abbas, who by the way at this stage is a dictator since elections were suppose to be had a decade ago. Gaza especially is a de facto independent state considering that Israel withdrew all settlers and military from the strip. That it is effectively dependent on Israel for water and energy doesn't mean they aren't a separate nation. I get that international governments and the UN thinks otherwise, but honestly, their opinion is worth squat imo.

West Bank and Gaza don't have representation in Israel government for obvious reasons – it's not part of Israel. Muslim Arabs in Israel, however, which consist of 20% of the total population of Israel, and who are largely descended from the same groups as the Palestinians, do have representation. They have their own party, and they even have members in the knesset (parliament).

As far as law enforcement, or the IDF in Israel, how can you say it doesn't have ethnic diversity? Again, Muslim Arabs, and especially the Druze serve in the IDF and the Police Force. In fact, the Druze are extremely prominent in the IDF.

Personally I think that those that are pissed off Israel did this is for ideological lines. How many align themselves with Omar and Tlaib out of principle rather than whether the actual situation or the purposes surrounding it.

The point of the trip is use diplomatic options to get NK to heel before we have to resort to military options. I would rather President Trump use those options before we have to start the Korean war 2.0.

Also, Kim's new missiles he has been firing off just didn't appear out of nowhere, He is getting major help from China and likely other nations to get them. If he wasn't China's sock puppet, he would have backed down by now.

Also of note, your smear of President's base is something I have noticed quite a bit lately. Ever since Muller's report came out as dud, nothing the Left uses has any effect of President Trump. So now they are turning on the voters to smear and slander in ever increasingly vile ways. It worries me they will work themselves up into a mindset that what ever horrible, sick and violent thing they could do to justify violent attacks on other people who don't share their view points.

The options aren't have a useless photoshoot or start throwing nukes. There are more options.

Also, brazil's amazon rainforest is on fucking fire. Like, all of it. Farmers are starting 2 million mile long fires to mass clear forest for farm land. And the president of brazil, Jair Balsonaro is literally firing anyone who brings it up, claiming its fake news and a plot by NGO's to make him look bad.

I'd say the US should condemn this guy and sanction brazil for this bullshit, as getting rid of 20% of the earths oxygen supply will probably hurt us as well as the world. But i have no faith that Trump is going to condemn what is essentially Brazil's Trump. If anything, he'll probably say he's doing a "heck of a job" and pledge to give them free money to continue burning the Amazon.

Not shown in the video is his denial of global warming and is anti-abortion even in cases where the mothers life is at risk. He also supports cutting corporate tax rates and is against a two state solution believing instead that Israel should annex all of Palestine. So much for being anti Trump.
