Earlier this year, I made a post about all the SpongeBob SquarePants entries on KYM. I counted 80 at the time, but while there have undoubtedly been a few more since then, they pale in comparison to the onslaught of entries our POTUS has brought us, especially considering most of them are from the past 2 years.

Like the SpongeBob study, I only counted submissions and confirmed entries, not deadpooled ones. I only counted entries explicitly about Trump (such as things he said or did) or things directly related to him (such as reaction movements and person entries that wouldn't have been made without him). For example, I counted Mike Pence as he's Trump's Vice President, but I didn't count any other entries about Pence himself as they're not really about Trump. His main hub entry has 108 sub-entries, but I only counted most of them, according to my stated rules. My grand total is 171, but this is a loose, subjective set of standards. A more generous consideration may easily cross 200 entries (in fact, searching "donald trump" currently gives 497 entries). In any case, it's clear that Trump is among the most "memed" humans in history, and certainly the most covered person on this website, for better or worse.

He did not made or force those memes. The media and his opposition overreacts too bloody much about every thing about him and his actions. And people at KYM have to record whatever memes or event or happenings anyone overreacted to, or spewed meme and it spreaded far enough to be worthy of documenting or else this place is not worthy to be called KnowYourMeme if it selectively documents memes and happenings based on annoyance and opinion.

Want Drumpf entries to stop? You, me, everybody else. Tell fucking twatter, mainstream media, tumblr, and his opposition to bloody stop already.

Better yet, stop commenting on Drumpf entries and let it die instead of helping it get on the trending bar. Everybody gives this man too much bloody attention. Just drop twatter and social media. You people can live without it.

Drumpf has a bad character, but neither he is at fault for his oppositions and some people making a fuss over every little thing either. Credits where its due, blames where they rightfully belongs.

It's gotten to the point I don't even click on new Trump memes anymore, and I usually click every new meme I haven't seen on trending just to see what's up.

Since that there are 170+ Trump entries, it's concerning that the admins are making them for clicks or something like that because of the whitelist drama a while ago.
Months ago, we have a new section called News to separate the politics/news and memes from what I've heard

This is Don acting surprised at this when the important half complains quite vocally, about the frequency and intensity with which KYM documents American politics, as well as fosters its discussion :^). And the frontpage has always been a sore spot for many users. We have joked about the admin team making "yet another political entry" for the better part of three years now. You could have prevented this. Anime Gamergate Banning Lisa Literally Media Palestine Capitalism was a mistake, Don. Why have you forsaken us? We just wanted Ari back.
