Chris himself responded, excusing that it is a private conversation and it's a long time ago. The reason why he said that is because he was doxxed by KiwiFarms which has photos of his children, which made him to privately insult Vic's fans

According to the document in question, Toye allegedly has a history of abusive behavior.

Oh it’s not just calling Gohan that word, the VAs staight up turned DBZ into an all-out audio hentai, including rape jokes and incest.

I wouldn't be surprised if this happens more often than not in unreleased outtakes in all forms of voice over work. Of course the ones that get leaked are where everyone focuses their attention.

Update:

Vic has had every single one of his legal claims dismissed. Not even one is proceeding to trial.

He will now likely be forced to pay the legal fees for all defendants, including Funimation.

He can appeal, but that's gonna risk a lot of more money

Sigh I feel like they are just ignoring his evidence and not treating his side well but maybe that is just me and my bias. I kinda don't see how they other side should win. Sigh if there is a good fair reason they should win someone explain it to me.

Danm really, there was some good evidence proving his innocence. I really do hope things turn out good and justice prevails and all that but this is a pretty nasty blow.

Late update btw, first things first
-Nick announced an appeal, they're actually risking it
-KickVic laywer is now pulling the Everyone must pay lawyer

In summary: Sean Lemonie (lawyer for Monica Rial et al) is serving a subpoena on Ty Beard (lawyer for Vic Mignona) for all communication he has with Nick Ricketa and several others. It's an odd request as it looking for communication from the lawyer rather than the client. I expect they will be challenged on it (Ty will claim attorney/client privilege but normally this would apply only to communications between Ty and Vic, not between Ty and Chuck Huber (another voice actor & Vic supporter)).
