-For some of you, your PMs are way too long. I hate adding limits, but now I have to ask that you only write eight lines per PM. If you send more, I will only read the first eight lines. I'll never be able to complete the turn otherwise, being that reading fifty lines of text for eighteen individuals is just beyond anything that I want to do.
-Windmill tech replaced with 'mill' in order to encompass all kinds of milling machinery, including those driven by wind, animals, or waterwheels.
Kickassia

-Roads are being built to connect towns together.
-The borders are expanded to the north. The neighboring towns there have begun attacking Kickassian scavenger camps in the area as they encroach on foreign lands.
-A small militia force is organized, made up of the best hunters in the region.
-The ANZAC bomber is taken apart meticulously, and each piece is studied carefully. Kickassian engineers now have a better understanding of aerodynamics. The remaining pieces of the bomber are kept in storage.

-Books become in high demand as towns begin to collect them, forming a national library in the capital, which becomes a hub for pre war literature.
-Pre war roads are repaired and paved over to quickly construct a new highway system for trade caravans and travellers.
-A frontier program is initiated, promising free land guaranteed to those willing to settle to the north and east. The few who do take up the option of doing this only return home shortly after the lands they were promised become empty of things to scavenge.
-Those who do move out into the countryside have occasionally brought news back, and knowledge of two new towns is brought home.

-Crossbows, longbows, recurve bows, and an assortment of other ranged weapons are constructed for the town militias, which are being trained in siege tactics including the use of incendiary ammunition.
-Food resources in the region have been drained. People are starving, and there is very little left to scavenge or hunt. Competition for salmon with the local bear population, which is larger than the human population, has started a pseudo war with various grizzly and polar bear communities.

-A small army has been pulled together from the militias of various towns. The force has been sent to march north into Oklahoma, where a town has been successfully occupied.
-Borders stretching east across the Mississippi River have been claimed.
-Efforts on improving knowledge of fortifications is complete.

-A small national militia is established.
-The nuclear reactor recovered from Ukraine has been disassembled, and its components studied. With access to this, Syserrene physicists now have a greater knowledge of radioactivity.
-The towns have been pulled closer together after the signing of a constitution establishing Syserror as a democratic republic.
-Italy has offered to establish an embassy in Syserror's capital.
-After much diplomatic pressure, the town in Croatia has absolved its independence, agreeing to accept the Syserrene constitution.

-Pre war books are gathered up in a library in the capital. Scavenging parties are ordered to keep on the lookout for books related to science and engineering.
-The nation is reorganized under five "companies" which run each region in the most capitalistic, free-marketist, democratic way possible: corporate overlordship.
-The nation's population of clowns disappears. There has been an entertainment deficit left in the Otaku street performers' wake.
-Harking back to the good old days, the new corporate overlords have taken it upon themselves to begin issuing currency in the form of worthless items: slips of paper.
-Merchants have infiltrated Japan, bringing their currency with them. Goods, particularly food, fresh water, and clothes, are brought in from the foreigners under NERV and massive profits are made via unscrupulous business tactics.

-Parties sent to explore the northwest return with no new discoveries; the land is covered with an seemingly endless sheet of snow and ice. The great lakes could not be located.
-Fishing becomes an important source of food income and fishing fleets of makeshift canoes make their way out into shallow water to find salmon, trout, and an assortment of other sea creatures.
-The Eggmen are politely reminded to cook their fish before they eat it.
-A small army is put together with scavenged weapons.

-Explorers are sent south, all the way to the Zagros mountains. The land between them and Aeriya is claimed.
-Trade with Zyrgonia begins once trade routes have been scouted out.
-Protestors against the eugenics program are mutilated in such a way that they cannot speak out against the regime again. A few are kidnapped and used as human subjects in experimentation.
-Biological studies are complete and well documented, allowing great strides into understanding genetic developments.
-Machinery research has resulted in the development of the mill.
-The lack of a military has encouraged those whom feel oppressed to rise up in arms against the capital. Two towns to the north are lost as their loyalty turns towards independence.

-The Poles living within the declared borders of Königsberg have begun raiding scavenger camps near them. The Dutch have started to do the same.
