My guess is that uu is Lord English, but Calliope gave Roxy her name both for personal reasons and purpose, suggesting that maybe she already knows what becomes of her 'brother' and how she intends to stop him. I mean, LE is supposedly immortal, and it's been suggested that Jake is the one who will defeat him. So honestly…this is probably one of those guesses that'll be trampled upon later, or subverted in some other way.

Calliope is proving to be one of my favorite alien characters though. xD I can relate to her better than any of the trolls. I even have the nightmare roommate.

I don't think uu is Lord English. I think he's a scratched version of him. Lord English was brought in through Doc Scratch, but Hussie will pull this off somehow. He always does.

I'm pretty sure he is Lord English though. It fits from the blood color down to the fact that he is missing his right leg. His way of escaping that chain is VERY Saw like.

I just want to see what his weapon of choice is. I have a feeling it might validate some suspicions.

Well, I tried Homestuck and loved it. I started reading about a week and a half ago and I'm all caught up I think.

When I first started reading I was like:

Alas, then Calliope and uu come along and I'm like:

Also, uu's shackle is probably on the opposite leg(right leg?) that Calliope has hers on. The missing leg of English (his right leg?) could be if uu tried to saw his leg out of the shackle. uu is somehow SAW related right? He could be English, but it's just an idea…

Hey guise have you heard about Homestuck: The Animes?

It's soooooooo great.

People keep saying the dub sucks, but I like it.

Most of them were made a few days ago (Read: Homestuck: The Anime Day), but some of those are older ones, and I don't like the trace overs much. I like how most of them catch the compression and VHS distortion. Makes me nostalgia.

Yeah that anime thing looks fucking kawaii.
But why is there so little fanart in the image gallery?
I was just looking at his video

and said damn, how come I never saw all this pictures before? where are they? I can't find a single site where there's a lot of this stuff in a single place, without having to follow like two fucking thousand different tumblr or deviant art or fur affinity accounts, all mixed up with the nasty stuff I dont wanna see, and still incomplete because after all, there's still another fucking thousand accounts more obscure and difficult to find… Why can't it be all nicely put together like, let's say for example, the MLP gallery in this very same website, where everyone comments and nice conversations happen and shit stuff like that???

I'm still reading up on the part with the B2 kids and i actually skipped ahead for a brief moment and I actually saw Hussie kill himself off and propose to Vriska. I guess he loves killing of characters so much that he even killed off himself.

I already saw the update but I followed your link anyway because watching it again was worth it. I loved the scene of Dirk, Roxy and Jane flying out of the temple on a rocketboard and Jane is barely hanging on. Music fits perfectly.

On a semi-related subject, last night I got back to thinking about this scene again.

Believe it or not, if you have been decapitated, it doesn't mean instant death for your brain. The body dies instantly of course but the brain remains active until it finally runs out of oxygen. This lasts roughly 11-15 seconds.

So you would actually see and experience the sensation of your disembodied head roll on the ground, neck stinging and slowly asphyxiating. The only thing you can do during this time is blink or look around

Now imagine what Dirk saw…

I think he would have lived long enough to see himself appear next to Jake. He saw his dream self splash water on him and therefor would have felt a bit of relief knowing that Jake does what he needs him to do. He would have also seen Jake pick up his head and argue with his shades

The conversation Jake had with the shades seemed like it went on longer than 10 seconds so Dirk probably wouldn't have felt Jake kiss him, by then he would have been whisked over to his dream copy. Though he did get back in time to watch Jake do it.

How strange would that experience be?

I can only imagine how strange an experience that would be, and you have to keep in mind that he needed to have the willpower to decapitate himself in the first place. I was actually kind of worried at the end of the first flash, because I thought Dirk had failed to send his entire body instead of him being successful in sending his head. Dirk definitely pulled through on this one, although I could've seen Jake's reluctance ruining Dirk's plan.

I'm still trying to figure out why Dirk decapitated himself. I thought he could control his dreamself too anyway. And he didn't even get god tier for dying, so…. why'd he do it? Did I miss some weirdplotshit? Or are you all as confused as me?

Apparently Dirk was knocked out and lost control over both bodies.

He reclaimed control over his main one but wasn't able to reach his dream self again. It was a crucial moment and getting back in control of his dream self would have been imperative. Apparently killing himself was the fastest way to do so.

With Jane and Roxy already dead, it was more important to get his and everyone else dream selves out of harms way so he sacrificed one life in order to get that done as fast as possible

Well this cleared some stuff up.

But i thought of something else that you guy's should hear.

Okay so we all know the massacre that happened in the hives right? Half the trolls died and the Matriorb got destroyed right? Well i thought on how it could be prevented. When Jade and John meet up with everyone else couldn't Rose see in the past and see where the metorite was originally that way Jade could take Dave back to where the the trolls where stationed at before Sollux moved it. Then Dave could travel back in before the massacre happened and he could warn/protect everyone from the renegade trolls I:E Eridan,Vriska, and Gamzee.

So do you guy's think that Dave and Jade could prevent the massacre from happening if they truly wanted to?

If that happened, then death would be so cheap that it becomes worthwhile.
