I'm excited about electricity monopolies being defeated because NV Energy tried to TRIPLE rates on solar customers to the point where it potentially would cost MORE to install a solar system and generate your own electricity than to simply buy from NV Energy. They control 90% of the state's electric utilities and their BS has already caused three of the largest solar companies in the nation to pull out of NV completely.

The LA suspect is believed to be female. Possible second suspect.

It's not even do you want to keep doing it it's "do you want to add it to the constitution. ?"

This is my prediction based on polls and surveys done by multiple news source plus word on the street. Trump would either be at a tie with Hillary or he would win by just a small amount. Not a landslide as Scott Adams predicted.

Well, looks like my map is the closest to the result so far.

They were expected to get fairly close, but he needs them to call those swing states. She's got another 75 coming at least.

"most likely" from you, dear god, they haven't even called Florida.
I turned on actual TV, are reporters already freaking out or smth?

edit: okay well this has not been more relevant since Brexit!

For people who were convinced that Jesus Christ himself could not save Trump's campaign, they sure are freaking the fuck out early.

All the way down to the inevitable recount demand. You just know whoever loses is going to call voter fraud.

Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if Trump won and called voter fraud anyway, out of sheer conviction that Clinton must have tried something.

NBC just said "Democrats underestimated the dislike of Hillary Clinton, they assumed Trump's dislike would trump hers"…. LMFAO

They called FL for Trump.

NV opens for Trump, but hardly anyone reporting.

I'm calling it for Hillary based solely on how desperately Bill Mitchell is scrambling to make excuses on Twitter.

It's a real shame that Americans would choose four more years of Bush era Neo-Conservatism rather than take a risk on something different but that's pretty much America in a nutshell.

I'll be sitting over here enjoying Brexit (and the constant arguments over how it'll be done) watching the US tear itself apart.

Apparently I can go suck a big 'ol bag of dicks.

Yeah I have NBC on, they haven't called FL!

Google's got 190 – 201 Trump.

Some reporters are genuinely crying and you can tell.

The only way Clinton can win this now is if Michigan does a last minute turn around, since it's the only near even state with enough delegates to matter, I would laugh if Clinton does pull this out, just to see /pol/ have a heart attack.

I have the dumbest grin right now.

But lemme just say that even if he looses, I've had the best time today. I didn't even have to wait in line when I voted and Fox even mentioned my county in their coverage of Ohio.

Pretty neat.

47% 48%

Its possible.

Even if she wins, at this point what credibility does she have? Honestly. Trump could deal with a narrow loss to Hillary Clinton, but could she deal with a narrow win?

I love every pic they're using to announce states Trump wins because the man just can't take a picture where he doesn't look smug as shit. I hope he gets up there for his win speech and gives us the ugliest, scrunched up little smug pug face we've ever seen.

Is anyone seeing Giuliani on NBC right now, I'm fuckin DYING.

Google has 209 – 232 Trump

Nevermind, Alaska would also have to go Clinton for her to win, and it's a traditionally red state. Guess we should prepare for President "Grab her right in the Pussy"

Edit: New Hampshire is actually close enough if it swings the other way too.

With trump winning so hard, canada's immigration website crashed due to high traffic.

Not only that, but it seems Republicans are gaining majority control of the House and Senate, do they really hate Trump as much as they say or are they gonna back him because he has "Republican" attached to him?

They're not. Trump's plans are ludicrous anyway (there's no way his wall will ever get off… er, on the ground), and having him in office means they can push through whatever legislation they want with no risk of veto. Say goodbye to gay marriage, folks!

{ are they gonna back him because he has “Republican” attached to him? }

I'm pretty sure they have now thoroughly got the message. That's what I'm hoping for with his election, I couldn't give a fuck about a literal wall if Congress gets some of the conservative policy people actually want to see pushed through. I voted for the threat of his presence above all else.

Without the threat of dems, I'm gonna guess the republicans in office are going to turn on themselves. Fiscal conservatives and closeted-Libertarians against the fundamentalists. I think it was coming for a long time, but Trump might be the catalyst.
