The 1,000 Little Things Trend or the Thousand Little Things Trend is a TikTok trend based on the format of the Just Little Things blog, in which participants write a thing they're thankful for or appreciative of over a single-colored backdrop, then show a compilation of images related to that thing. The trend was popularized by TikToker @ambienc3_ in late July 2026.
Origin
Just Little Things is a single-topic Tumblr[1] blog that was started on December 31st, 2010. The blog posted simple, colored graphics that described one "little thing" that the blogger was appreciative of. The blog ended on December 29th, 2013, with the 1,000th post, and inspired many similar blogs.
On July 17th, 2026, TikToker[2] @ambienc3_ posted a video inspired by the format of the Just Little Things blog that gained over 600,000 views in four days. The edit shows several little things that the TikToker appreciates, each accompanied by a collection of images relating to the topic.
