About To Go Fight I'll Post The Video After, continued I Got My Ass Beat Bruh I'm Not Posting That Shit, is a catchphrase referencing a viral Twitter post from December 2020 where a woman shares that she's about to go fight and will post a video later, then posts a comment update later saying she got her ass beat and won't post the video. The tweet gained viral spread over the following months and years as an exploitable meme format in which people photoshopped the image to change the context of the fight.
Origin
On December 2nd, 2020, Twitter[1] user @sadieventts posted a photo of a tweet by now-suspended Twitter user @SK212_ that reads, "About to go fight ill post the video after," along with a photo of the side of a woman's head, Later, she writes in a comment, "I got my ass beat bruh I'm not posting that shit." The post gained over 55,000 likes in two years (shown below).
That day, Twitter[2] user @zoIuz posted a photoshopped version of the tweet, replacing the original image of the woman's head with an image of Zoro from One Piece about to fight, garnering over 5,000 likes in two years (shown below). This is the earliest known Photoshop edit of the original. On December 6th, it was then shared to /r/MemePiece,[3] garnering over 7,700 upvotes in two years.

Over the following months, people began posting further variations of the tweet, adding images of anime and other characters about to fight something in place of the woman's head and profile picture. On December 26th, 2020, Twitter[4] user @enocbwaap posted a tweet recreating the original using a Genshin Impact screenshot, garnering over 5,700 likes in two years (shown below).
The meme increased in virality throughout 2021. On January 18th, 2021, Redditor Icezoot posted a Naruto version of the meme to /r/dankruto,[5] garnering over 9,500 upvotes in just under two years (shown below, left). It was reposted by Instagram[6] user Kakashi on January 23rd, garnering over 66,000 likes in a comparable span of time. On June 26th, Redditor Pistolpete30_ posted a Lord of the Rings version of the meme to /r/lotrmemes,[7] garnering over 21,700 upvotes in a year (shown below, right). On August 13th, the Facebook[8] page Hokage Memes then posted another Naruto version of the meme, garnering over 10,000 shares and 42,000 reactions in a year.
On June 22nd, 2022, the Facebook[9] page The Star Wars Garrison posted a Star Wars version of the meme, garnering over 38,000 reactions and 8,400 shares in five months (shown below).
