Everyone knows the "Okay" Face. This is an "expansion" to it.
Usage
"Its Not Okay" is used as a continuation for an "Okay" comic. Some instances, there is a "okay" comic, that some one downloads, just to add the "It's Not Okay" portion. It is basically used to express the feeling of not being able to accept defeat.
