User @markberman[2] tweeted the picture with a caption making it look like the pair were a rich couple, gaining over 130 likes (shown below, left). User @kylebuchanan[3] quoted a famous scene from the Adam Driver film Marriage Story with the image, gaining over 1,100 likes (shown below, right).
Others pointed out that Driver's sweater was reminiscent of a sweater Chris Evans wore in Knives Out. The account for Twitter Movies[4] tweeted, "thank you adam driver for continuing the knives out sweater legacy," gaining over 820 retweets and 7,200 likes (shown below, left). The account for @DiscussingFilm[5] made a similar observation, gaining over 330 retweets and 3,400 likes (shown below, right). The jokes were covered by The Daily Dot.[6]
