The original fanart, simply depicting Mikan, was posted on pixiv by chagoon in early 2018^[1].

The text on the memes that are directly based on the fanart is always blackened to make place to the new text, leading to the sentences always following this pattern:

"Ahhhh, sorry, I'm [Z]" * blushes *

As such, it's highly likely that none of them are the original meme, though such a picture has yet to be found. The oldest of such memes^[2] seems to be one posted on r/196 on March 23rd, 2022.
