don refers to an image banner that was accidentally aired in front of Donald Cameron, a Scottish Conservative MSP on BBC Scotland's coverage of First Ministers Questions. Several images were uploaded which showed various well known Donald's being photoshopped in front of Donald Cameron.
Origin
During the BBC Scotland programme broadcasting the weekly First Ministers Questions, Politics Scotland on March 14th, 2019, the BBC had accidentally put a banner over Donald Cameron, a Scottish Conservative Party politician. On the banner, it displayed the words, "don, Scottish Green, Mid Scotland and Fife".

On the FMQs Twitter hashtag, several pictures were uploaded of photoshppped pictures of the Scottish Conservative MP with notable Donald's being Photoshopped over him including Donald Trump, Donald Tusk and Donald Duck.
