She yells "shame" at one of the agents as he walks by, and more onlookers gather around the scene. The woman filming then approaches the car to film the driver, who is seen bleeding in the driver's seat. Agents then tell her to step away from the scene. She exclaims, "You shot someone in the face," and questions if they have a conscience. She yells, "Don't let the murderer leave."
