About

The Crans-Montana incident refers to the fire at the Ski Resort bar in Switzerland called Le Constellation during New Year's festivities^[1]. Thus far, it is noted the incident has claimed the lives of over 40 people and wounded 100 more^[2], there is still an ongoing investigation as to whether there was any criminal wrongdoing aside from work-site safety regulation negligence, which seems to have led to some controversy regarding lack of caution surrounding such events.^[3]
