The Ross Creations Opossum Launcher Controversy, also known as RossCreations Possum Launcher Video, refers to backlash toward prank YouTuber RossCreations, real name Charles Ross, over a video in which he lures an opossum into a catapult or slingshot-like trap and launches it into the air. On November 30th, 2025, prank YouTuber Charles Ross, who runs the popular RossCreations and Vlog Creations YouTube^[1][2] channels, posted a video on his Instagram^[3] page (CreationsRoss) where he lures an opossum into a catapult trap. The opossum climbs into the trap, and Ross launches it, sending the opossum into the sky and then falling to the ground. The opossum does not appear to immediately die, as it gets up and slowly walks off before the footage cuts. The video gained over 37,000 likes in just over a week. The video was not removed from Instagram, but was later hit with a content warning.

Many of the top comments on the video are critical of Ross and the content. One comment with over 18,000 likes by user florida.kash reads, "bro this ain't it." Another by cam.clutch with over 6,600 likes reads, "Been following for a while but I can’t support this man, I’m out ✌️."
