On October 4th, 2023, Tumblr^[1] user bathroomcube made a post that read, "I hate it when you ask people to treat fat people with just some semblance of decency and you get hit with 'stop promoting obesity' _…………….. just because you said that I'm promoting obesity now." The post was accompanied by an image that read, "EVERYONE GET FATTER NOW!!!" which subsequently became the template for the exploitable meme.
