Evil Plotting Raccoon is an advice animal image macro of a raccoon grimacing with its paws together in front of it. The image includes accompanying text that alines with the raccoon's character.

Origin

On November 9th, 2008, letsemgo posted the photo to Flickr (shown below). The photo gained 13,513 views 260 faves and 170 comments in a decade.



Spread

On February 9th, 2011, Redditor Zeb1 posted the image to the r/pics[6] subreddit then sent to it /r/adviceanimals. Redditor SnailBoy posted an edit in the comments "knock over trash bin, find nothing of interest" (shown below).

In 2012, the raccoon image was made available on imgflip[2] and quickmeme [3] among other meme generator platforms.
