The Gumball 2025 Pineapple Delivery to Mr. President refers to a dream sequence scene in the Cartoon Network show The Amazing World of Gumball in which Gumball Watterson is holding a pineapple and tells a centaur version of his dad Richard, "No problem Mr. President! I'll have it on your desk by the year 2025." The original episode is season 2, episode 23, "The Dream." The 2025 reference led to memes in the weeks before and after New Year's Day 2025. Fan animations surfaced across YouTube and TikTok.

On June 26th, 2013, season 2, episode 23 of The Amazing World of Gumball titled "The Dream" aired on Cartoon Network.[1] The episode starts in Gumball Watterson's dream in which he's walking through a school hallway. He eventually encounters his dad Richard as a centaur. Gumball's holding a pineapple and says, "No problem Mr. President! I'll have it on your desk by the year 2025." The scene was uploaded to YouTube[2] by Cartoon Network UK on April 8th, 2024, receiving over 745,200 views in nine months (shown below).

Spread

The scene amassed viral reposts in the days before New Year's Day 2025. For instance, on December 31st, 2024, YouTuber[3] PuzzledIndividual shared the clip, gaining over 186,000 likes in 15 days.

On January 1st, 2025, YouTuber[4] DibujAldo shared an animation that showed Gumball delivering the pineapple to the President's desk, gaining over 398,000 views in two weeks (shown below).

More animations about the scene surfaced on YouTube[5] in the following days.

Animations also surfaced on TikTok, like one shared by TikToker[6] @hjph_animation on January 2nd, receiving over 224,900 likes in 13 days (shown below).
