When Youtuber Hank Green went to Google HQ he recorded many things, including himself humping the google sign. A .gif was created by Mattie Turner (http://mattieboosh.tumblr.com) of Hank humping the TARDIS and the meme was born. There are now hundreds of Humpy Hank gifs, many of which can be found on http://humpyhank.tumblr.com/
