Inhale the Memes, Exhale the Memes, is a selection of lyrics from the song "Meme Machine" by Pink Guy, also known as Filthy Frank. The song was released as part of the June 25th, 2015, TVFilthyFrank YouTube video "TOILET SRIRACHA SHRIMP" and became the subject of memes over the following years, including lip dubs on TikTok throughout 2025. Notably, a now-deleted TikTok video of @badguyincorporated lip dubbing to the song while wearing a Homestuck shirt became the subject of recreations and memes.

On June 25th, 2015, YouTuber^[1] TVFilthyFrank posted a video titled, "TOILET SRIRACHA SHRIMP." At the 4:20 timestamp, while singing a song known as "Meme Machine," Pink Guy sings, "Inhale the memes, exhale the memes, inject the memes into my bloodstream. There are good memes and there are bad memes, why has God forsaken us?" The video gained over 4.6 million views in 10 years.

The song became the subject of memes over the following years. Many memes use it ironically to represent cringe and "Reddit-style" humor.

On July 3rd, 2023, TikToker^[2] @finnishkarkat posted a now-deleted cringe video by TikToker @badguyincorporated where he lip dubs to the song, garnering over 2.1 million views in two years.

On February 4th, 2025, TikToker^[3] @jup1t3rj0lt_ posted a video using AI to replace @badguyincorporated in the viral cringe video with Elon Musk, garnering over 406,000 views in 10 months.

On October 21st, Instagram^[4] user parappachan reposted the @badguyincorporated video, garnering over 46,000 likes in two months.

On December 22nd, 2025, TikToker^[5] @tweaktitans posted a video referencing the 2026 Great Meme Reset that begins with two guys reciting the lyrics of the song, garnering over 2.6 million views in four days.
