It Took You Four Fucking Seconds To Piss Me Off Again refers to a public freakout video of a kid in school yelling at a classmate and bouncing up and down as he shouts the aforementioned catchphrase. The original video was a TikTok shared in early 2022 that was soon reposted by the account Daquan, becoming a trending sound on the platform and in memes shortly after.
Origin
On May 30th, 2022, TikToker[1] user6861740456 posted a video with a creator watermark reading "@limitlesstakeoff," most likely being the same user reposting an old video of theirs. In the video, an overly animated Black teenager with large hair is shouting at a classmate out of frame, saying, "Four fucking seconds! It took you four fucking seconds to piss me off again." He then leaves out of anger. Over the course of four days, the video received roughly 8.2 million plays and 1.5 million likes (shown below).

On May 31st, 2022, the video was reposted to Reddit's /r/PublicFreakout[2] subreddit where it earned roughly 1,700 upvotes over the course of three days. The video was also reposted by multiple TikTok accounts in the following day. For instance, TikToker[3] grunthy reposted it on May 31st and earned roughly 50,400 plays in three days.
Going into June 2022, TikTokers started using user6861740456's audio in their own videos. For instance, on May 31st, 2022, TikToker[4] bcelltg4 posted a lip dub with the audio, doing a skit about his dad reacting to dumb questions, earning roughly 46,600 plays and 3,600 likes in three days (shown below, left). Also on May 31st, TikToker[5] lilbroejoe posted a video about his car's dipstick leaking, using the audio to express frustration at it happening so soon. The video earned roughly 330,900 plays and 25,000 likes in three days (shown below, right).

On June 1st, 2022, the TikTok[6] account of Daquan reposted the video, earning roughly 19.6 million plays and 4 million likes in two days. The repost earned more engagement and inspired the sound to be used en masse. For instance, on June 1st, TikToker[7] choppa.g used the audio to make a joke about not lasting long with his girlfriend in bed, earning roughly 3.4 million plays and 481,200 likes in two days (shown below, left). Also on June 1st, TikToker[8] imjron posted a video that showed the character CJ from GTA: San Andreas lip dubbing the audio, earning roughly 97,300 plays and 11,300 likes in two days (shown below, right).
