About

Jane Remover Blaccent Cafe is a catchphrase used in memes referencing hyperpop artist Jane Remover and a small amount of backlash she received for her song "JRJRJR," with some claiming she rapped in a "blaccent," meaning a "black accent." The song was released in early January 2025 and quickly inspired backlash online, resulting in users pushing against the controversy and defending Jane using the phrase "Jane Remover blaccent cafe" in a series of ironic memes. As the meme evolved, the term "blaccent cafe" was popularized as a way of calling out other predominantly white artists for using blaccents, such as 2hollis and Nettspend. Some of the memes reference a "dafuq latte" as being a popular drink at the Jane Remover blaccent cafe.
