Jojo Biden Pepe refers to a character that is an amalgamation of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Joe Biden, and Pepe the Frog. The character grew popular on 4chan and particularly on /pol/ among left-wing users as a way to poke fun at Trump supporters, particularly as it grew increasingly clear that Biden would win the 2020 United States Presidential Election.
Origin
The Jojo Biden Pepe character's origin is unclear. The earliest known post of the character was in a thread posted on November 1st, 2020,[1] though it's possible variations may have been posted earlier (shown below).
Spread
Over the following days, multiple threads featured the character in various memes. One of the most popular, posted November 3rd, featured the Biden character putting MAGA wojaks in a "cuck shed."[2] This meme was featured in an explainer posted by Ryan Broderick.[3] The "cuck shed" would be referenced in future posts with the character.
