Los Tomates Dicen Que No, also known in English as The Tomatoes Say No, refers to a Spanish-language meme from a series of TikTok videos showing AI-generated images of tomatoes and other vegetables with an AI voice saying, "Los tomates dicen que no!" set to the song "Chamber Of Reflection" by Mac DeMarco. The videos also included flame explosion CapCut effects. The trend started in February 2025. In the following weeks, videos about other vegetables and fruits declaring "Si" or "No se," trended on TikTok.

On February 4th, 2025, TikToker[1] @espeldo posted a video showing an AI-generated image of an anthropomorphic broccoli and an AI-generated voice saying, "Los tomates dicen que no!" The video had flame explosion CapCut effects and the backing track was "Chamber Of Reflection" by Mac DeMarco. Over 10 days, the video received roughly 86,100 likes (shown below).
