About
Mario Kart Racing Edits is a genre of parodies and memes in which videos of celebrities or regular people are edited to either be inside of a Mario Kart race or have Mario Kart UI photoshopped on top of a real-world situation, also commonly including sounds and music from the video games. The video-editing trend began to spike in virality in late 2019, continuing into the following years, primarily on YouTube.
