The Martin Neumaier Licking Toilet Video is a viral video reportedly showing German politician Martin Neumaier of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) licking a public toilet seat, urinal and toilet brush while wearing a yellow jacket. The Martin Neumaier Feces Photo also trended at the same time, depicting a shocking selfie reported to be Neumaier naked and covered in feces. The video and photograph were widely circulated on Twitter / X in May 2024. Additionally, two more videos purportedly of Neumaier pleasuring himself went viral online. In one of the videos, Neumaier is singing the German national anthem.

Origin

On May 14th, 2024, a video started circulating on Twitter / X reportedly showing Free Democratic Party candidate Martin Neumaier licking objects in a public bathroom.^[1] The first discovered upload of the video online was shared by X^[2] user @otterente on the morning of May 14th, gaining over 94,500 views and 150 likes in two days (screenshot shown below).

Feces Photo

On May 15th, 2024, X^[3] user @Infr4violet tweeted a selfie reportedly taken by Neumaier, allegedly showing himself covered in feces. The tweet received over 1,000 likes in a day (censored screenshot shown below).

Spread

The video of Neumaier licking the toilet spread en masse when X^[4] user @EndWokeness tweeted it on May 15th, 2024, receiving over 8.1 million views and 29,000 likes in a day (censored screenshot shown below, left). Also on May 15th, the X^[5] account of Libs of TikTok posted the video, receiving over 5,100 likes in a day (shown below, right).

The video later spread on 4chan's /pol/^[6] board and the subreddit /r/Anarcho_Capitalism.^[7]

Quote retweets with the video then surfaced, like one shared by X^[8] user @willmenaker on May 16th, who said, "Germans never beating the allegations," gaining over 6,200 likes in less than a day (censored screenshot shown below, left).

Also on May 16th, 2024, YouTuber Justin Whang quoted the video on X,^[9] writing, "It’s Germany bro," receiving over 1,200 likes in a day (censored screenshot shown below, right).

On May 16th, X^[10] user @EndWokeness tweeted the feces selfie, writing, "German leftist politician Martin Neumaier covered himself in feces & took a selfie. Why is the left like this?" receiving over 9,200 likes in less than a day. A Community Note ^[11] on the post was then rated helpful, correcting @EndWokeness' claim that Neumaier was a leftist because the Free Democratic Party is a center-right group in German politics (censored screenshot shown below).
