Due to their style of dress and body language, many compared the pair to various culture figures, including the cartoon characters Beavis and Butt-head as well as characters from various gangster and crime movies.

Origin

On July 9th, 2020, former U.S. attorney Geoffrey Berman appeared before congress in regards to his firing by Donald Trump. [1]

Twitter [2] @alizaslav tweeted the image with the caption "GOP members leave Berman interview with a different view "'It was a lot of nothing. He talked about his removal from the position as creating delays and disruptions yet he would not cite any delays or disruption,' said Rep. Jim Jordan, the ranking Republican on Judiciary." The post received more than 270 retweets and 140 likes in less than 24 hours (shown below).
