Mhm I Got the Cheese is a series of memes that associate a photograph of streamer and rapper Nickatnite sitting on a set of steps and smiling in an Adidas shirt with the song "i aint start making money till i started doing drugs" by Bleood, which features the lyrics, "Mhm I got the cheese, burrito, fill it with beans."
The memes were popularized throughout July 2026, becoming significantly popular in the latter half of the month. As a meme, the photo of Nickatnite is often edited as an exploitable image in ways that alter Nick's body. One popular example shows Nickatnite made out of cheese.
In late July 2026, rapper Playboi Carti's official YouTube channel was hacked, and the song was uploaded to the channel. The upload uses an edit of the Nickatnite photograph as its cover.
Origin
It is unclear exactly where the image of Nickatnite in the Adidas shirt comes from or when it was originally posted.
On May 14th, 2026, rapper Bleood posted the song, "i aint start making money till i started doing drugs," to YouTube,[1] garnering over 52,000 views in two months.
On July 10th, TikToker[2] @deuce22mvp posted a video that combines the song with an edited image of Nickatnite wearing an Adidas shirt and sitting on some stairs. The image has been edited to make Nick look like he's made of cheese and holding a burrito. The video gained over 63,000 views in two weeks. This is one of the earliest known versions of the meme.

The Mhm I Got the Cheese meme continued to spread throughout July 2026, inspiring edits of the image. Many of the edits are posted in the comment sections of TikTok videos.
On July 17th, 2026, X[3] user @skyykiah posted the image of Nickatnite, garnering over 2,000 likes in 10 days. That day, TikToker[4] @stick.eyeemoji posted a version of the meme that gained over 200,000 views in 10 days.

On July 23rd, TikToker[5] @moteaeats posted a video referencing the meme that gained over 236,000 views in four days.

On July 26th, 2026, the official Playboi Carti YouTube[6] channel was hacked, and the Bleood song was uploaded to the channel, with the meme as the image, garnering over 93,000 views in a day. That day, Nickatnite posted a video on TikTok[7] reacting to the hack, gaining over 160,000 views in a day.
