While not entirely popular yet it has been posted on Reddit by users saxyflutolo and I_SpeakForTheTrees.
It pictures a derpy-looking First Lady with the top line referring to some well-known issue and the bottom continuing with "Must be Childhood Obesity."
Its inspiration was the First Lady's frequent attempts and programs to reduce childhood obesity and exaggerates her opinion of the "huge significance" of childhood obesity.
