Muscle Man "You Know Who Else" or My Mom Jokes refers to a series of memes in which Muscle Man from Regular Show interrupts someone to make one of his signature "my mom" jokes, often beginning with the incomplete phrase, "You know who else." Muscle Man first made a "my mom" joke using starting with "You know who else" in a January 2011 episode of the show and first became the subject of memes that year, becoming increasingly popular over the following years.
Origin
Throughout Regular Show, the character Muscle Man often makes jokes with the punchline "my mom," a twist on your mom jokes. The first "my mom" joke appears in the show's second episode "Just Set Up the Chairs"[1] and the first my mom joke to begin with the specific phrase "You know who else" appears in season two episode five, "Dizzy,"[2] in which Muscle Man jokes, "You Know who else needs supervision? MY MOM!" (compilation of jokes shown below).
The earliest known meme to reference the joke is a piece of crossover fan art posted by Deviant Art[3] user axemGR on October 6th, 2011, depicting Muscle Man interacting with Dinky Doo from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, garnering over 27,000 views in 13 years (shown below).

Memes using the punchline and lead-up phrase became increasingly popular throughout the 2010s into the 2020s, with several examples of image macros going up on sites like ImgFlip[4] and QuickMeme[5] in the mid-2010s. On July 28th, 2020, Redditor u/Highfivesghost posted a meme to /r/regularshow[6] using the joke, garnering over 1,000 upvotes in four years (shown below).
On July 13th, 2021, Redditor u/MontyShallot posted a meme to /r/memes[7] about dementia using the format, which was voiced over and posted by YouTuber[8] Fish Pog on July 21st, garnering over 300,000 views in three years (shown below, left). On July 6th, YouTuber[9] facu posted a voiced over meme using the format, garnering over a million views in three years (shown below, right).
On August 16th, 2022, X[10] user @MM4Multiversus posted a threat on earth meme using the joke, garnering over 6,400 likes in two years (shown below).
On January 3rd, 2024, YouTuber[11] Raptor Studios posted a Jujutsu Kaisen crossover animation using the joke, garnering over 376,000 views in two weeks (shown below, left). On January 9th, YouTuber[12] Blue posted a similar animation based on an animation by YouTuber[13] Take a Slice that garnered over 600,000 views in a week (shown below, right).
