Oh, I Just Jog Every Once in a While is a four-panel exploitable webcomic by Shen Comix. The comic features four interviews with physically fit people, expressing their workout routine in a relaxed manner. Online, people edit the speech bubble in the final panel to relay a joke.

Origin

On January 3rd, 2020, Shen Comix^[1] released the webcomic of interviews with muscular people. The first panel features a man saying, "Oh, I just jog every once in a while." The second one says, "I do CrossFit." The third says, "I lift competitively." Finally, the fourth character says, "I walk to the grocery store but then forget I didn't drive so I buy too many groceries and then have to walk back with them" (shown below).

That day, they shared the comic on Twitter, ^[2] where they received more than 55,000 likes and 7,300 retweets in less than six months.

The following day, on January 4th, Redditor ^[3] DalagisiPizza shared an edit of the comic, which features the fourth character saying "I push the cart and carry groceries for my mom." The post received more than 51,000 points (93% upvoted) and 195 comments in less than six months (shown below, left).

Over the next few months, the meme continued to spread on Reddit (example below, center).

On April 9th, the comic went viral again. That day, Redditor^[4] TJDAMAN shared a variation in which the character says, "I held back my tears during the beginning of Up." The post received more than 53,000 points (93% upvoted) and 450 comments in less than 24 hours (shown below, right).
