The animation was originally created by YouTuber 3lamestudio in October 2017. It regained viral attention in September 2025 when a TikTok user set it to the Fetty Wap remix. It was also set to other songs like the All My Fellas remix. The animation mostly involves the characters jumping while slapping their bellies and running forward. The animation and its variants also spread to Twitter / X in late September 2025.

Origin

On October 9th, 2017, YouTuber^[2] 3LAMESTUDIO shared an animation that showed the characters of the Oney Plays guys dancing, mostly seen jumping up and down while slapping their bellies and running forward.

The original video has since been deleted, but YouTuber^[1] Mr. Bean and Horrid Henry The 3LAME Fans reuploaded it on September 5th, 2024, gaining over 11,600 views in a year. They cited the original upload date as October 9th, 2017, in the video's description.

Spread

The animation resurfaced en masse on September 20th, 2025, when TikToker^[3] @scity51 shared an edited version of the animation in which they added a remix of a Fetty Wap and Remy Boyz song. Over nine days, the video received over 15,000 likes.

On September 21st, TikToker^[4] @pengumatwo shared a slightly distorted version of the original video with a text overlay caption reading, "Let's dance." Over eight days, the video received roughly 24,200 likes.

On September 24th, 2025, TikToker^[5] @gyrozeppeli.com shared a simplified version of @scity51's video, with fewer effects but keeping the Fetty Wap remix. Over five days, the video received roughly 44,100 likes.

On September 26th, X^[6] user @bendyjw reposted TikToker^[4] @pengumatwo's video, gaining over 7,100 likes in three days.

On September 27th, 2025, X^[7] user @dzyman quote-tweeted @bendyjw, writing, "If I see this fucking video one more time I'm doing something violent." It received over 4,500 likes in two days.

On September 28th, X^[8] user @FrankieZaremba posted the animation and set it to the "All My Fellas" remix, gaining over 4,400 likes in a day.
