About

Davie504, aka Davide Biale, is an Italian YouTuber who has grown popular with comedic videos focused on the bass guitar, growing over 5.5 million subscribers in nine years on YouTube.

History

Biale was born on April 5th, 1994.[1] He joined YouTube on May 18th, 2011. His earliest extant video was posted on June 2nd, 2011, showing him playing a funk groove on the bass guitar. He Biale began doing more meme-related videos in 2016, when he released a We Are Number One cover (shown below, left). To date, his most popular video features him playing a 24-string bass, gaining over 22 million views (shown below, right).

Biale runs several series on his channel, often at the suggestion of commenters making jokes with the template, "Very impressive, but can you play X while Y?" This led to stunts such as Biale playing "Money" by Pink Floyd with literal money and playing "Can't Stop" by Red Hot Chili Peppers for an hour. He also runs a "Some Days Ago I Asked You" series, a take on PewDiePie's "LWIAY" series.
