Overview

Makenzie Myers is an American actress who first gained internet prominence by her appearance in episode 3.1 "Le Maison de Paris" of TLC's hit reality TV show, Toddlers and Tiaras. She is most notorious for being a "diva," her bratty behavior, and the controversy over her mom Juana's lack of discipline. Makenzie is often viewed as being the result of bad parenting.

"My name's Mackenzie…and I'm four years old. And I am…a beauty queen. I need to be in pageants…'cuase you get to dress in fancy clothes." (Tiara falls down. Makenzie screams.)

That is the first impression the viewer gets of this "beauty queen." Throughout the episode, we see that Makenzie has a fondness for her "ni-ni," or pacifier; she is often seen running around trying to find it. Makenzie also participates in "Diva Day," preparation for her upcoming pageant that entailed her getting a chocolate facial. After munching on cucumbers, she shrieked in refusal to put chocolate on her face and asked "What am I going to do after this?" Eventually she did the chocolate facial and loved it. During the crowing of the pageant, 4-year-old Makenzie won the title of Supreme Queen. In the closing credits of the episode, Juana later said that she hopes to reform her behavior.

Members of the YouTube community are generally outraged at Makenzie Myer's behavior. A video posted under the username "elkeras" posted clips of her during the episode on June 6, 2010. It has exploded to 1,362,331 views as of February 24, 2012.
