About
Teacher Tori or TeacherToriStuff is a TikToker who posts videos in which she grades what appear to be English test papers done by young grade school students. The tests ask the students to name the figures shown on the page and always receive failing grades. Teacher Tori began posting videos in February 2024 and quickly went viral, gaining over 290,000 followers in under a week. Some believe that Teacher Tori's content is fake.
History
On February 14th, 2024, TikToker[1] @teachertoristuff posted her first video, in which she grades a purported English test paper by a student named Ryan (shown below). The paper asks the student to name the shown figures but has errors, including labeling a picture of a whale "mommy." The video consists of Tori correcting the wrong answers. It gained over 51.3 million views in five days.

The TikToker[2][3] posted another video on February 15th, followed by another on February 16th, marking the same set of tests, garnering over 12.3 million views and 114 million views respectively in four days (shown below, left and right).

On February 17th, the TikToker[4] posted another video in the series that gained over 22 million views in two days (shown below). She posted two more videos to TikTok[5][6] on the 18th, garnering over 2.9 million views and 4.4 million views respectively in a day.

Teacher Tori's virality inspired reactions and memes on TikTok, along with accusations that her content is fake. On February 15th, 2024, TikToker[7] @mikis425 posted a duet with one of her videos that gained over 100,000 views in four days (shown below, left). On February 16th, TikToker[8] @connorhessee posted a meme about her content that gained over 900,000 views in three days (shown below, right).

On the same day, TikToker[9] @teresakayenewman posted a video claiming that Teacher Tori's content is not real, calling it "rage bait" and suggesting the handwriting for the students and for Tori is too similar. The video gained over 1.4 million views in three days (shown below). On February 19th, Dexerto[10] reported on Teacher Tori.
