Piss Loud AF / Frying Chicken

Piss Loud AF, continued I Think That's Pretty Cool, is a catchphrase used in a series of image macro memes with slight variations of the phrase. In such memes, the subject, male or female, exclaims that someone else is "pissing loud af," and is possibly "frying chicken" due to how strong the sound of the stream is. Though it started out in video format, the phrase was picked up and adapted to various text-based memes years later.

Origin

On April 9th, 2018, the Instagram account @thatgirljaycole uploaded a video^[1] of her reading an entry she was writing in her diary. Within the video, she utters the phrase “Because bitches with good pussy piss loud as fuck & when I pee it sound like I’m fryin’ chicken," which was immediately picked up by people who saw the video, earning over 761,000 views in four years (shown below).

The phrase began to spread shortly after and was featured in memes similar to the one uploaded to Reddit by u/Blacklodgebob79 on April 16th, 2018, featuring CharlieKirk^[2] from Turning Point USA with the phrase photoshopped onto his shirt, earning 1,300 upvotes in four years (shown below).

Spread

Over the following years, the phrase continued to spread to additional platforms and appear in memes. For example, on December 9th, 2020, the YouTube channel Stupid^[3] reuploaded a video of Rouge the Bat from Sonic commenting on a boy pissing loud AF and frying chicken, earning over 100,000 views in two years (shown below).

On February 20th, 2022, Imgur^[4] user naestoo222 uploaded an image of Doge being with a girl who says he pisses loud AF and wonders if he was frying chicken. Because it's a Doge comic, the joke implies that he actually was frying chicken (which is part of Dogelore), creating the punchline (shown below).
