Pitiful Parrot is a new meme which originated from 4chan. It had over 100 variations within first hour. Also known as the /b/ Parrot.
Often seen with either a plain white background or in a cage. The parrot may also be crying. Parrot threads frequently started with a "continue the drawing" theme.
Naming
There were several name ideas for this meme. It came down to either Pathetic, Pitiful, or Psychodelic Parrot. Pitiful won by majority, and therefore, the name was kept.
