Pokefication or to pokefy someone means, that you draw a character, may it be your own, a famous person or a famous fictional character as a Pokémon. It's simmilar to the Ponyfication Meme.
But it has to be mentioned, that there is no settled name for this meme yet.

This probably started on the artpage www.deviantart.com where many fans of the Pokémon games/ series uploaded tons of pictures where they have drawn their favourite characters as Pokémon.

Notable Examples

One of the more famous pokefications is the so called Solid Snivy which is a mixture between Solid Snake from the videogameseries Metal Gear Solid and Snivy.
