About
Nazi Furries (also known as "Nazi Furs") can refer to either members of the furry fandom who idolize the Nazi party, or to art depicting anthropomorphic animals as members of the Nazi state.
Origin
On March 22, 2005 the LiveJournal group nazi_furs (officially: "Specialized German WW2 Uniform Fetish" Furs) was created.[1] The group's given history states:
The legacy of the Nazi Furs can be traced back to Allied-occupied, post WW2 Germany. With the fall of the Nazis and the end of the Lollercaust, Adolf Hitler initiated one last tactic to preserve The Third Reich before quitting IRL forever!!! The SS-Werewolves, a loose band of furries and otherkin, dressed as normal, Wienerwurst-sucking Krauts in the daytime yet at night donned their fursuits and ravaged the villages in Guerrilla style yiffing. The insurgency campaign struck the Allied troops hard but was unsuccessful in the end when the demoralized SS-Werewolves disbanded after a US bombing of a furry porn server. Even so, Hitler went to the grave knowing The SS-Werewolves would rise again to further his vision.Sixty years later, the SS-Werewolves began regrouping under the title "Nazi Furs," a minor niche amongst the larger furry fandom. Despite the fandom's taboo on social acceptance no matter how strange or tactless the fetish, the Nazi Furs have endured conflicts with rainbow-shitting, transvestite wannabes who perceive the group as a threat to their furry faggotry.

Online Relevance
On the Furry wikia, Wikifur, a page for the Nazi Furs group was created on January 22, 2008.[3][4] On Reddit there are several posts about Nazi Furries on the WTF and CringeAnarchy subreddits.[5][6] On June 25, 2010 YouTuber RNCoyote uploaded a clip of a woman arguing with a group of Nazi Furries (shown below, left). On June 6, 2012 YouTuber TheTehruler3 uploaded a compilation of various Nazi Furry artwork (shown below, right).
As of June 29th, 2015, searches of DeviantArt, the online user art database, return 648 results for "Nazi Furry" and 135 results for "Furzi."[10][11] A search of Tumblr for "Nazi Furry" returns about 13 results, and a search for "Furzi" only returns a few relevant results.[12][13]
Nazi Furries were also the focus of the short "H is For Hydro Electric Diffusion", a segment of the 2012 horror comedy film, The ABCs of Death (shown below).[14]
Furzi
Furzi[7] was a Nazi Furry group within the online virtual world Second Life. The group came to mainstream attention when they came into a confrontation with Jewish Second Life players, resulting in the Nazi Furry group's deletion, including all members' inventories, the perma-ban of the group's leader, and, according to the Jewish Defense League of Second Life, the arrest of another member after he was found with weapons in real life.[8][9]

Search Interest
Note: Furzi is also the name of a popular jeweler in Italy. When search results are confined to the United States, there is not enough volume for the term Furzi to generate a graph. There is also an American pet hair removal brush called the Furzie, which might be clouding search frequency.
