The show takes place in a Berry Bitty City, and centers around 7 berry best friends, mainly Strawberry, a human berry girl as a main character.
The 7 main characters, counter-clockwise: Strawberry Shortcake, Blueberry Muffin, Lemon Meringue, Raspberry Torte, Orange Blossom, Cherry Jam, and Plum Pudding. As being opposed to Team Fortress 2 Classes.

Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures is based on 2003 series of Strawberry Shortcake and 1980's specials of Strawberry Shortcake, this lacks antagonists and villains until Sour Grapes was reintroduced as Berry girl.
