On April 14th, 2014, season one episode one of the TV show Clarence aired in the U.S. In one scene in the episode, the titular character Clarence orders a "hip watchers chicken salad" from a fast-food restaurant, and Sumo orders a "chicken burger with rooster sauce."

On April 30th, 2025, Instagram^[1] users voicedking and rhbjah posted a voice-over of the scene in which Clarence orders a "thick thighs pussy salad" (referencing the image on the menu of a woman's legs) and Sumo orders the "fent burger with diddy sauce," referencing prominent memes at the time about fentanyl and Diddy, garnering over 500,000 likes and 5.2 million views in a year. The video is captioned, "When me and my homie are both fryed trying to order food."
