ORIGINS:
This meme originated in the Adult Swim cartoon Aqua Teen Hunger Force, in the Season 4 episiode titled Handbanana, in which the main characters end up making a dog that links with the character Carl telepathically with the desire to repeatedly rape him (with succesion) usually with the phrase "Tonight…..You".
ABOUT:
After this the phrase started to become used whenever someone talked about rape with a picture of someone making an intense stare or pointing at something or someone with the caption "Tonight……You" added, this is similar to , "SOON meme".

It is a meme that hasn't been used a lot and so isn't widely seen around the internet making it hard to acutally find it a lot though it can be used on Meme Generator so hopefully it'll be picked up more due to the internets fixation upon sexual matters.
