The earliest known videos of Triple T building a house were posted by TikToker @brainrot.diy at the end of April 2026. The videos became increasingly popularized over the next few months, as they began to depict Triple T building homes in the heads and bodies of brainrot characters. By May 2026, Reels and TikTok creators started posting memes claiming that if you feel pain in your head, you shouldn't worry because it's just Triple T building a home.

On April 30th, 2026, TikToker^[1] @brainrot.diy posted an AI-generated video of Tung Tung Tung Sahur building a house inside a watermelon on the beach. He starts by cutting and installing a door, then entering the watermelon, laying down a wood frame and installing insulation. Eventually, he ends with a modern-looking living space. The video gained over 705,000 views in just over a month.

The TikToker continued to post videos of Triple T building houses in fruits over the following weeks, some gaining millions of views.

The most viral example was posted by the TikToker^[2] on May 15th, 2026, where he builds a home inside of a lemon, garnering over 5.4 million views in about three weeks.

The trend took off in late May through early June 2026 on TikTok and Instagram Reels, becoming more absurd by depicting Triple T building homes in the heads and bodies of other brainrot characters.

On May 24th, 2026, TikToker^[3] @jayden123_28 posted a video of Triple T building a home inside of an orange man's nose, captioned, "Reminder if ur nose hurts that means Triple T is making a house," garnering over 470,000 views in two weeks.

On June 6th, Instagram^[4] user george.goodway posted a video captioned, "When your head hurts but then you remember it's just Triple T building a house in your head," using the video of Triple T building a home in a lemon to represent him building a house in his head, gaining over 1.9 million views in three days.

On June 8th, 2026, TikToker^[5] @tripletgoatedfr posted a video of Triple T building a sauna inside of a sentient pickle, garnering over 1.9 million views in a day.
