Twilight Snapple, as well as other less used terms such as Twilight Psycho or Twirape, refers to My Little Pony character Twilight Sparkle when she's shown having a mental breakdown. The various facial expressions she made in that moment inspired a lot of memes and fan art among the brony fandom.
Origin
Episode 3 of the second season of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Lesson Zero, was first released on October 15th, 2011. In this episode, the main character, Twilight Sparkle, panics at the perspective of not being able to send a letter to her mentor Princess Celestia, as she hasn't learned anything about friendship in the past week. To prevent this, she tries to brew conflict among her friends, progressively panicking more, and her mental state visibly weakening. The faces that are included in this meme are made around the time she interacts with the Cutie Mark Crusaders, at the peak of her mental breakdown. Some of the most popular ones are visible below:
